Our heated jackets are constructed of a heavy-duty PVC outer face and a glass silicone inner face encapsulating a high-performance 25mm mineral fibre.

Heating element PTFE insulated spiral wound resistance element with tinned nickel braid for safety.
Heat output 1000 watt single circuit heated section controlled by an electronic thermostatic temperature controller with manual temperature adjustment, LED heater output indication. Temperature range 0 – 60 degrees sensor sited on the surface of IBC.
Features heavy-duty hanging hooks to aid one-man fitting and adjustable webbing straps complete with quick-release buckles.
Velcro placket fastening for a snug fit and maximum heat retention.
Complete with a fully insulated lid to reduce thermal loss.
